Pulling Teeth
Hometown: Baltimore, MD USA

Mike: Vocals
Dom: Guitar
Danny: Guitar
Chris: Bass
Alex: Drums

Pulling Teeth are a brutal metallic hardcore/punk band from Baltimore, MD.

Featuring former members of Slumlords, The Spark, Desperate Measures, and Never Enough, they play a furious style of metal influenced hardcore. Combining the classic power of Integrity and Poison Idea, with the apocalyptic heaviness of newer bands Cursed, Tragedy, etc.

Pulling Teeth released "Vicious Skin" on Chainsaw Safety/A389 in late 2006. The album was considered the sleeper punk/hardcore album of the year, receiving fantastic reviews from press worldwide.

I personally enjoyed Vicious Skin, but imo, Martry Immortal is a million times better.

In early 2007, they also released a split 7"EP with UK's Frightener on Dom's label, A389. The band then embarked on their second UK tour. After arriving home, the band once again hit the road in the U.S., where they plan to spend much of their 2007

another cool thing is that thier lyrics are, shall i say "political" i could only find lyrics for one song, but i tihnk we all know who it is directed toward. this song is stonethrowers, off the new album

what are you so afraid of? i can't see your point of view
i'm tired of your lies, sick of your hate, why can't i get through to you?
can't you understand we all want the same things?
a chance to live our lives free to be who we are
can't you understand?
what are you so afraid of?
this makes no sense to me, why you'd choose to be this way
we all want to live in peace, so why are you so full of hate?

some stuff taken from the deathwish website

also if anyone wants the new album, pm me.

(oh and dont freak out, dai will sticky this soon)

First of all, I enjoy deathcore for it's complexity and it's the only genre heavy enough for me

I want an amp good for playing hippie tunes. I want it to be an actual amp, not a tube amp.

BOTM means band of the month, right?

No, it does not mean that.

We need a new BOTM.

Craigo how was your trip to Germany?

Let me sum it up in pictures.

Brilliant city, (a lot better than London, clean streets and wide roads and not even a quarter as rough), and we went to a lot of places of historical and political interest which was incredible.

I wish I could tell you the most of it, but it'd take far too long.

We visited the Reichstag, Jewish Memorial, the first concentration camp, Olympic stadium, the zoo. Got any questions on those I'd be happy to answer. I can get pics if you want of any of those locations (apart from the Reichstag - no photos were allowed). We also saw some other minor stuff (line where the wall was, checkpoint charlie...)

I wish I could see the pics, but my PC is against me tonight.

Glad you had a good time though.
