the easiest one I can think of is starting with an E chord slide that shape up one fret than slide up two frets then return to the second position, keeping the same shape throughout.
You got that?

Spanish Romance is the only one I know, its pretty easy.
Let me tell you about heartache and the loss of god
Wandering, wandering in hopeless night
Out here in the perimeter there are no stars

Out here we is stoned
Immaculate.

"Las Abejas" by Agustin Barrios Mangore is not a very...well...easy one, but it can help your dexterity tremENDously. It also sounds cool when you play it slow, which is why I recommend it...
Mother Earth is pregnant for the third time
For y'all have knocked her up.
I have tasted the maggots in the mind of the universe
I was not offended
For I knew I had to rise above it all
Or drown in my own shit.
