The pedal is delaying just fine, but it's really, really quiet. The original signal is loud and clear, but the repeats are so quiet you have to turn the amp to 10 to hear them.

What component is responsible for this?

I re soldered it, and the problem persists.

The odd thing is, It worked great for the last 2 months, then it just crapped out...

im not sure. i haven't used my delay (actually, my delay, phaser, tubescreamer, and my tremolo) due to recent discovery of tone loss when my pedals + my 18ft cable is used. i plug it in straight in with a 6 feet cable now, and seldom use my other 18ft do use my wah.
