I play through a fender hot rod deluxe.
Whenever I pick an e note on 2 3 and 4 string (5, 9, and 14 fret respectively) it buzzes through the amp.
Any idea why?

It's stereo amp, and I don't think it's tube. However, for a stereo amp, it is very good. Don't plug guitar into it; just use it as hi-fi if it works.

Bad set up causing fret buzz thats being picked up through the amp, honesty i cant see why your amp could cause buzzing on specific frets/strings. Theres something up with guitar. Set it up better.

It doesn't buzz without the amp.
It actually just stopped doing it as I'm typing.
(It does it on other notes as well, those were just the more pronounced ones when I tested it)

Any idea why it would randomly stop doing that?
