so i was in my local Comet and tried out some stuff on a mac and i found Garage band and was pretty impressed with it, from what i saw/heard

i got home to find its only for Macs, anybody know of a windows Alternative?

I think Cubase is for Windows machines. Yeah Garageband is Ok, I'm using it at the moment until my mate lends me Logic 8 Pro (a more professional/advanced alternative to Garageband). I spent 5 hours today working on a song.

I don't think there's one that comes with windows, but you could download Audacity, that's what I use for recording, it's free and and easy to use, I think you can get it on www.audacity.com, if you can't get it there google it and you'll find it.


EDIT: Wait, GarageBand is for recording right or am I wrong?
