Just post who(of any band EVER, the person can be dead or alive) you think would be parts in the best band ever.(you can put a name of the band if you want but it isn't required)
Requirements-people must be from this and last century, label what band the person is in after the name, label like this: Person-Role in Band(Band name), use a person from an actual band....yeah

Interesting. It turns out that there are people on the forum who play an upright bass. I'll make a note of that.

*stares at note for a minute*

Fair enough. But the rest of the band is uber, so it seems to be a strange choice.

William Shakespeare - Lyrics/Vocals (I mean come on that'd be kind of cool)
Once he's on board you don't need any good musicians cause Billy on the team is enough of a gimmick. He'd probably want some no name members though so he doesn't get overshadowed though.

This would be my lineup in an attempt not to pair up the typical rock "bests" you see paired together.

Singer 1 - Dave Grohl
Singer 2/Piano - Matthew Good (from Matthew Good Band and solo, not FFTL *shudder*)
Guitar 1 - Santana
Guitar 2 - Kirk Hammett
Bass - Cliff Burton
Drums - John Bonham

I'm not really sure how well they would work together, but I'll be damned if it weren't an amazing lineup (in my opinion).
