Lets see:

1. take slab of wood
2. cover it in velcro
3. put velcro on bottom of pedals and attach to board.

do you really need instructions?

Figure out how big it will need to be to hold all of your pedals, then cover it in carpet or something, or if you make it as a briefcase like i did, buy some hinges, latches and corner protectors.
