okay so i wanna buy some stuff to make a homemade demo
but im on a really really cheap budget

what exactly would i need to make one?
a full band:
drums, bass, 2 guitars, and vocals

i already have the software on my computer
i just need to know what equipment to get

really cheap way? get a condenser mic and record everything. less cheap way? mic the amps and the drums with drum mics, use a regular mic for vocals.

umm...cheap microphone? I used my webcam's microphone to record, and I used Fruity Loops as a drum machine, then import the beat into Audacity and make it fit the tempo, and I just use my regular guitar to record demos, bass can be done on the clean channel with the tone control all the way down (that's ghetto I know)

here's a demo me and my friend Adrian did last night.

*also I have the Audacity file, so its not bull*****

i didnt mean THAT cheap

i meant like what recording mixers or whatever they're called would be best?

EDIT:
also keep in mind its an actual band

like as in people doing all the instruments and one person doing vocals
