solder the white and red wires together. the green and the bare wire are grounded. finally solder black to the appropriate pickup selector spot

assuming, of course, it has 4-conductor wires

for the best sound you can get out of those, you have to:
put them back in the box and return them haha sum1 was gonna say it sooner or later
