b stock means that there are minor blemishes or flaws that are cosmetic but dont affect playability, but refurbished means there was something defective with the product and it was sent back to the company and it was fixed (possibly electronic or otherwise)....so actually a refurbished guitar is sometimes better than one that came off the shelf in the first place because there is really good quality control during the repair and refurbish process

being refurbished would be a reason the guitar is "B" stock, It could also be a customer return, scratch and dent model, demo, or a host of other reasons.(think biglots) I have actually bought a "B" stock acoustic from GC and got a helluva deal.

i'd go for refurbished...they will probably be better than a new one...and a B stock only is cosmetic and you are going to ding up your guitar eventually anyway so dont go for new

I got a B stock Jackson Warrior seveal months ago and I still can't find a flaw or anything wrong with it. The only reason it might have been tagged B stock was the tone knob was loose when I got it a little turn of a screwdriver and it was all fixed. I can't see them taking $100.00 off the price for that. I would figure Blem is basically the same thing.

Refurbished usually means it was sent back to the factory or repair shop, tested and put back into almost new condition.

I'm pretty sure they dont offer you the choice of either B-Stock or Refurbished. By B-Stock they mean refurbished.
