Lips of an angel - hinder

You do know that no emotion, heart or feeling went into writing that song, right?

You know, I try my hardest to accept people's tastes in music, but there is no excuse for listening to Hinder, Godsmack, Nickleback, Puddle of Mudd, Seether or Staind. And honestly, that shouldn't even be considered opinion, just basic human knowledge.

I'd rather listen to my own baby's death rattle than listen to that shit.
Poor advice.

i tend to frown upon any kind of elitism but that was just gold, my friend.

when i'm sad i listen to metal cos it gives me a "GET THE **** UP" kinda message.

no quarter, 10 years gone, going to california (particularly live on how the west was won) by zeppelin. not really sad songs but whats so great about their music is that it effects your emotions depending on how you feel so they can seem quite depressing if your in that state of mind

Not all of Nickelback's songs are bad.

I used to lip sync to that "Hero" song while I'm taking a shower and remembering clips from the Spiderman movie wishing that I was like him.

Damn I hate that song.. It was mine and my ex's song

Then Cat And Mouse by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus always depresses me. Once again due to my ex, because it reminds me of her so much and actually the lyrics are like what we wanted to achieve in life

Where's that confounded bridge?

Try to realize it's all within yourself
no one else can make you change

GnR? Hinder? That's pussy ****.

If you're feeling some real, manly depression, turn up some Down in a Hole - Alice in Chains or maybe some Nine Inch Nails.
And I mean that in the best possible way.

Shoopin' that whoop since before you were born, son.

The Darkness- I Believe in a Thing Called Love

Queen- You're My Best Friend
Van Halen- Dancing in the Street

it is impossible to be sad after listening to those songs.

If You Want Me To Stay- Sly & The Family Stone

Those are the current one's right now. Many others too.

If You Want Me To Stay isn't as "sad" per se, but it is kind of creepy the whole lyrical content because it's just... so real.

I happen to like Godsmack a lot. Do I think their songs are well written or complex in anyway? No, not really. Their riffs are very simple. I just like them because their music gets my blood flowing. The other bands are all over-rated in my opinion.
