I’m not the man I used to be, I... I can’t go back to Arkham.

I... I should return to Arkham.

Among the churchyard’s mouldering stones I recognise a name – my own.
I have come home to Arkham.

Joe Morello - the Dave Brubeck Quartet

one rack tom
one floor tom
one kick
hats, crash, ride

He could hit the kick drum faster with one foot than most people can with two

He did a drum solo on "St. Louis Blues" live at Carnegie Hall that is simply super-human.
Oh, and if you're willing to get outside the rock and jazz boxes you might want to look at the work of Dame Evelyn Glennie.

She is a solo percussionist, perhaps the world's only touring solo percussionist. She often has as many as 60 percussion instruments on stage at the same time, including drum kits.

And she's profoundly deaf.

Neil Peart (Rush)
Bill Ward (Black Sabbath)
John Bonham (Led Zeppelin)
