Gervais, but I'be gone off him lately. Steve Merchant is way better than Gervais.

I don't find Ricky Gervais funny at all, so I'd say Carr.

Carr's even worse.

Gervais is terrible nowadays. Office and the first series of Extras were great IMO but his stand up is terrible.

So JC of course.

if you can, go and see Dylan Moran

and I thought V's threads were banned?

Jimmy Carr.

I prefer his deadpan style to Gervais' self indulgent **** (I ****ing get it, you're "big" in America. That joke stopped being funny around two years ago; shut up already.).

I thought the same, but upon checking the pit rules that's run off somewhere. Guess they're OK now.

YAS!

What about Mr. Lee Evans?

But out of those two, Jimmy Carr, Ricky Gervais is a terrible stand up comedian.
#24
Jimmy Carr. Gervais is rubbish.

Carr's a bit strange though. Really odd way of doing it i.e lots of small jokes rather than rambling anecdotes etc.

EDIT^: Lee Evans is criminally unfunny. He is absolutely terrible.
#25
Ahhh i see Bailey next Friday

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaay

But yeah, i prefer Carr when he's not in one of his bad runs where he just makes some angsty jokes
#29
They're both pretty ****e, but they both have some good material here and there. They're both irritating too.

BILLY BAIELY is the man!!!!!

Carr is a ****nut that should be gang raped by some goats.

Out of the two...Gervais.
But out of the rest....I agree with everyone else on Bill Bailey. Followed by Frankie Boyle.

Because Gervais is shit and Boyle is fucking hilarious?

Anyone else watch Live At The Apollo on Monday? I was well surprised by Alan Carr. I was gonna go to bed but thought I might as well watch a bit and he turned out to be quite good. Annoying as hell and poor delivery but some of his material was actually pretty funny.

Both of them are quality, not my favourite comedians, but I would probably say Carr... he's really developed his own style, although it does annoy me when he uses the same jokes over and over..

not sure
