can i get a good solid rock tone out of the V16 15w? What kind of distortion could i get with an OD pedal?

yea. V16 is by far the best of the palomino series. V32 sounds real fizzy, but V16 is awesome.

with an OD pedal, u can go pretty far. like a bit more than early metal like iron maiden.

i haven't seen or played a v16, but i thought the v32 was fantastic. perhaps the v16 is even better?!

^ well i didnt know if you tried it or not. i tried the V8 and by far sounded amazing, needed reverb though. not that i really care i was just wondering, i plan on getting a Dr. Z galaxie
