Hey,

I asked this in the Laney thread but i thought I'd get a better response by making a thread because not everyone bothers to look in the Laney thread.

I plan to buy a cab for my Laney VC15 for use at gigs and stuff because the 10" speaker just doesn't do it for me.

I've been looking at this cab http://www.guitarampkeyboard.com/en/marshall-1960ac/294

Can you look at it and tell me if it's a good cab or a waste of money. It doesn't have to be amazing as I'm not using it at big venues or anything but fairly good. Good enough for small/medium sized gigs. (It will usually be mic'd up as well.)

Great cab!!

There are some better cabs, but expect to pay a lot more for them.

THe 1960's are great cabs, and are used by many major artists.

Definately money well spent!!!

Why not go for an equivalent Laney Cab though?

Because i don't like the speakers in them...

The speakers are pretty good in that apparently. I think I'm going to go for that one...

I'm not bothered if there's better, as long as it's good, it's fine for me. I don't need pro quality because i don't play big venues or anything.
