hey guys, Im trying to lean up, and I was wondering what are some good cardio type exercises I can do at night in my house. I dont have a treadmill or any equipment, any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You shouldn't do it at night. It raises your body heat, making it harder for you to get to sleep. And losing sleep is bad.

Why not just go for a jog? Night is the best time anyway...
