I've never worked out so I'm abit scronny. I don't have anything to use (Weights and such) So I was wondering what are good work outs for bicepts,abdominals, and my legs. I was also wondering what would be a good diet or types of food I should eat that'll help me. (Besides high protein stuff)

Well if you don't have any equipment, there's nothing much you can do besides push-ups, sit-ups and like yoga or something I suppose.

And **** push-ups. Lots of **** push-ups.

I second the Pushups and situps. If you can, join a gym.
Pushups and situps work although they're not pleasant. You'll still see results with them. I prefer weights and machines, though, but they're not necessary.
