I've never really tried to learn a tab with lots of articulations (for want of a better term) before and I'm having some trouble with this:

e|------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|--15^r^r-15-12h15p12-10h12p10-8--10^(12)rp8-10p8--|
G|------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|------------------------------------------------------------------------|
(a portion of the solo for Teenagers by MCR, if that helps)

I assume ^ means a bend, but what do the "r"s mean?
you got soul, or so you say. hey, i say you don't!

Bend and then release the bend, then rebend and release

R just means to release the bend, or allow the string to return to its original position, but still keep the note fretted.
