In a book I read it said a good thing to do when you're starting out is to play a lot of shows, most of them in the same place and try and snowball an audience.

Do I just play the same songlist for every show? Or do I try to write a couple of songs in between each show? (Aaaaah!)

I do believe you just used Blink 182 and hard rock in the same sentence. It would seem you're rather confused.
I have a quote in my signature! And it makes fun of blink-182! I'm cool now!

Same setlist usually I think :S I've not got into gigging yet so I'm not 100% sure, but from what I've seen its usually the same setlist.

change it like every two shows... like try new songs or try doing like fast songs and then get slower or viseversa.

Never, ever play the same set to the same crowd every night. They will get bored of you. Throw in some fun catchy covers. Get people dancing.
