One of the great (relatively) unknown bands of the late 60s and early 70s. I'm a big fan, is anyone else?

I really wish I saw Winwood at Crossroads. He's a fantastic guitarist, and all around awesome multi-instrumentalists. I'm in love with "Dear Mr. Fantasy"
Mother Earth is pregnant for the third time
For y'all have knocked her up.
I have tasted the maggots in the mind of the universe
I was not offended
For I knew I had to rise above it all
Or drown in my own shit.

Absolutely. Steve Winwood can hold is a fantastic musician. I love his voice.
How to achieve Frank Zappa's guitar tone:

Step 1: Buy a Gibson SG
Step 2: Insert Green Ringer, EQ, 3 dead squirrels and a microwave into said SG
Step 3: Plug in and freak the **** out.

I just watched Crossroads the other day

I love Traffic, the best Jam band ever IMO

I still listen to Dear Mr. Fantasy all the time haha
"Pearly Queen" is fun, of course there is "Feelin' Alright"
There jazzy instrumentals are always really fun, I like "Glad"

Steve Winwood is an amazing guy, he sings brilliantly, he can rock the piano and rip it up on guitar
