I'm pretty sure there was a thread on this a little while ago, but it seems to have died.

Anyway, who's going to the Dream Theater Australian concerts? I'm going to the Sydney show... it cost quite a lot but it'll definitey be worth it.

So what do other people think? Since they're doing Evening With concerts, what will the set lists be like? Spanning all of the albums, or more focused on the heavier stuff, which is what I'm guessing they've been doing this tour so far. I'm leaning more towards the first choice. Since it's their first time down here, they'll probably want to please everyone with the classics.

Anyway..
I wish I could go, but I'm in the U.S., and I'm fine with waiting for their Progressive Nation tour next year.

Golden ticket..? We didn't have them down here, is it just better seating or something? I would've loved to have gotten one of the meet and greet tickets. But $350 is pushing it a bit.

Tickets are still on sale, about $110 for seating and $130 for floor.
EDIT: And the tour's an evening with, theyve said theyre gunna play for 3 and a half hours with no opener and an intermission. I'd expect most of Systematic Chaos if not all of it and a range from their entire catalogue.

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to put it, along with your other advice, into a book, the pages of which I will then use to wipe my ass.

Ah, it would be lovely... but I blew my money on Muse and Silverchair. I'm sure they'll be back (sound weird saying this before they're here).
