Every time I download a song from iTunes, it's an mp4.

Does anyone have any idea if it's possible to convert an mp4 file to an mp3, because I can't play mp4s on an mp3 player.

Help, anyone?

Thanks.

in the advanced tab in the preferences, go to the importing tab, and select "import as mp3" or something like that, then just right click the songs, and convert files to mp3

Open the song in Itunes, then...

Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Importing > Import Using: Mp3 Encoder > Ok.

Then right click on the song you want and click Convert Selection to MP3

EDIT: didnt see someone else already said it..
