So, before i begin, I must stress upon you I was NOT under the influence of ANY drug. Yeah, so last nite, I was just chilling in my room and then randomly I just got really dizzy at first. And a feeling of nausea started to set in. So I decided to turn out the lights and lay down. Well after awhile of laying down, I notice my heart is beating very fast. Then I start shaking uncontrolably. From their I just sort of laid their for an hour or more, I couldn't really tell time, it felt like forever. But I don't know. Does anyone know what could have happened, it just sort of came out of nowhere?

its called a seizure.. you should see a doctor soon.

Dont assume, I dont think it is unless you have a history of it in your family. It may be just adrenaline. But I would get checked out if happens again.

It would be awesome to die like my hero, thanks!

i get that, its panic attacks/anxiety attacks, and it can be VERY serious, they sometimes are signs of serious chemical imballences, which can lead to depression or many other disorders. mine started like that and my depression eventually got so bad i was suicidal. please, please go see a doctor, too many people ignore these things, they are no joke.

EDIT please ignore my signature, its not meant to mean you

So...anxiety attacks can come on at any time? Like, not just while you are anxious about something?

Because he said he was just chilling in his room.

yeah, they come for no reason, it has hit me in stressful times (most likely) or when i am laying in bed trying to sleep or playing guitar (my ULTIMATE relaxation) its a chemical imballence in your brain, there is no control or trigger for it
