How much can you ladies bench press? I'm fairly on the weak side, I weight 74kg and can bench 50kg.

Trying to do conversions here, well I'm 154 pounds and can bench 160, which is like 65-70 kg weight, and 75-80 kg press.
The Set-Up

I normally do 125 with 10 reps... i can put up 160 twice.

i just started seriously working out tho.

when i was 17 i got 300 - 2 rep max , 320 - 1 rep max, and weighed 180

Now i am 19 and weigh 225 and can only lift 290 :-\

I worked out all through high school and those are my stats from my senior year, i doubt i couldnt do that much now tho i havent worked out much since i graduated 2 years ago.

In 7th grade i could deadlift 285 and bench 115 10 reps. I'm in 8th grade now and I don't do any more... I slacked off all summer.

I'm about 170 lbs...I think I bench around 140-150 for 6 reps. I have no idea what my max is though.

i had a physical conditioning test just yesterday where we had to max.

I used to be able to do 8-10 of about 130, but that was before I went to university. Probably a lot less than that now. I don't know what I could do if I was just trying to max out.

im 110 lbs and i can bench 90 lbs with reps of 15
i dont lift, and i dont want to because im short enough. any more will stunt mah growth :/
also its just to condition for running

Yeah we used it in weight lifting in high school. Im strong just bulky, i'd rather be more toned and not as strong.

I can do sets of 160 lbs (8-12) when I'm warmed up, my max benchpress I've done is 170 lbs

I weigh 130 lbs
