Gear:
either an epiphone sheratonII or MIM strat into a peavey classic 30 ('92 or '94)

after I'm done playing and I don't give the amp more than ten minutes to cool down, and i turn it off before ten minutes, i get this popping sound out of the speaker. it doesn't appear to have any effect on the health of the amp, but i was wondering what is causing it, cause it's an old tube amp, and it does have it's clicks.

thanks for any help
