I wonder what some guitarists would have sounded like if they used a differint guitar...
Like if Hendrix used a Les Paul instead of a Strat, or Page a Tele instead of a Les Paul...
What do you guys think?

Jimmy Page would sound like what he does on Led Zeppelin I album, he used a tele there... (Or then it was Led Zeppelin II.)

Cool thought though.

Is that a ukulele in your pants, or did you just rip ass to the tune of "Aloha Oi"?

I met Sonic Youth on June 30th, and Mars Volta on Oct 20th.

well actually page also used it for some solo's, notably the solo from stairway to heaven
as for ur question, the songs would probably have the same kind of energy but, obviously, a different sound

Imagine if Tony Iommi's pickups on his FENDER STRATOCASTER hadn't broken in like their first studio session. His SG was a backup guitar.
Does anyone remember laughter?
