It's stereo amp, and I don't think it's tube. However, for a stereo amp, it is very good. Don't plug guitar into it; just use it as hi-fi if it works.

phaser= MXR Phase 90
chorus= EHX small clone

How much do you want to spend on each pedal?

And also, what do you play? And which effect is most important to you?

i play incubus styled stuff to blues.

look at buying used on craigslist or ebay then, that will save you a ton on pedals

For delay, the best for the cash is the Ibanez DE-7.
For phaser, the MXR Phase 90 or Phase 100 is best.
Chorus would be EHX Small Clone or the Boss CE-5 Chorus Ensamble
and OD would depend on how much gain you need. I'd say the Boss BD-2.

A stock BD-2? That wouldn't be my first choice for an od.

for phaser, i much prefer the sound of hte ehx small stone. The nano stone sounds just as good, and it sounds much warmer and more organic than the phase90. I know the phase 90 is more popular, and it might just be that the script phase 90 is that much better, but 70-80 bucks for the nano stone is an amazing deal.

For delay, I like complicated, heavily tweakable delay, so i have my eyes set on the boss dd-20, it has tons of options. There's also the boss re-20, which is a reissue of the legendary roland space echo. both are 200-250 usd.

If you're looking for simpler delay, then you'll have to see what you're gonna use it for. Digital delay sounds closer to the actual sound, this can sound sterile, but is great for rhythmic use of it. Analogue delay colors the sound a bit, making it more "echo"-y and muffled. Great for adding ambience.

I have no opinions on chorus and OD.

Overdrive - Digitech Bad Monkey
Phaser - MXR Phase 100
Chorus - If you can find one, Boss CE-2 (easily the best chorus ever)
Delay - Erm... EHX #1 Echo?
