hey,
im pretty new with a floyd rose and was wondering what can i put under my bridge(i have a ibanez rg370dx with a edge III tremolo) so it wont go into the cavity of my guitar
any suggestions?
would a 9volt battery work?
and if so where would i have to put it under the tremolo or back into the routing?

You want to block the tremolo off?

A block of wood.

If it's a temporary thing and you are only doing it to change the strings or change tuning or something, then it would be under the trem itself.

a 9v battery is ok(if you are changing the strings)at the trem cavity
for blocking it, a block of wood on the spring area is ok too
