thanks a lot guys

wow i could not read that post.

anyway.

try and take a year of piano lessons. piano inherently requires that you learn theory, and you don't necessarily have to become a virtuoso pianist to get a lot out of it. you'll come out with a better grasp of music theory, and you'll even be able to tell chicks 'yeah... i play guitar and piano.

= laid.

Don't take a class at your school, though. find a friend or someone you know a bit to take lessons from.
I will call you out from shelter burn your wings and learn their letters

head to the library and search for "music theory", there's usually a section devoted to it
try to find a book that's got exercises (or that's published by a college) if you have a choice

Google is your friend. I use google a lot for theory and stuff. Also Try wikipedia. And UG has a bunch of lessons too
