McGyver was really popular actually.

Yeah... and point being? That didn't stop it from keeping a high standard through all seasons.

There was never a huge margin of error for that show in the first place.
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with worn-out tools

I concur with your dissagreement. It just isn't that funny anymore.

Mythbusters is still awesome and always will be even though their ninja episode failed miserably... but besides that its never dissapointed me.

Johnny Bravo was kickass... to bad they don't show it anymore... I love his hair.

That 70s show never fails to amuse me either

Disagreed. If I watch an old episode and a new one back to back, without knowing which was which, i guarantee I'd prefer the old one. Pepsi challenge.

Though it may just be that the show seemed a billion times better when I was younger, cause the shock value-ish stuff was new and all that.

The old episodes are pretty simple when viewed today IMO. They've kinda lost their glam, as the show has kept improving. Sure, some episodes are worse as others are better but I can't say it's gone worse over the years.

But Really, Futurama. That show just had a bad timespot. It really shouldn't have been cancelled.

The Simpsons!

Fail.

Family guy started sucking, but has done something unique in that it has, to an extent..... un-jumped said shark and regained some quality recently.

Seinfeld (Last episode doesn't count as shark jumping.)
Futurama (Hell, even after that long Hiatus, with the new movie they still haven't lost their touch!)
Scrubs

The Simpsons most definitely jumped the shark. Not one specific point but over time it just started to suck.

South Park in my opinion is the opposite. The first season SUCKED. It's pure genius now.
