Does anyone have any details as to when this is being produced? Can't believe they're finally making a reissue of his stolen 60 BB. Guitar looks ****ing awesome and I can't wait to get my hands on one.

I'd kill just to see it in person! The pickup switch should be interesting, allows more pickup combinations.

Neil Young has a sig? Didn't know about that.

The gutiar looks pretty nice, but I was nevver a fan of HHH, more magnetic pulls and loss of sustain. The Bigsby is really nice though

No he meant that he would rahter have Neil Yougn having a sig.

Same here, old Neil defiently deserves one. Nice to see Johnny Winter has one now.

I find it quite amusing when these come out

Basically, the artist starts out playing Les Paul standards, so wats the difference between the sigs and a standard gonna be if you can get their sound from a standard?

It's not all about the tone though, there is a lot of collector value behind these guitars. Tom Murphy aged 25 of the last run of JP sigs, they bring 25k+ now.

wooh if they'd take out the middle bucker the thing would be beau-ti-ful

and it's hardly ever going to cost more than the Frankenstein replicas, thought they were listed for about $22,500 lol

Money won't be a problem for this one but I'm figuring that it's probably gonna cost around 4500 like most Gibson LP custom sigs. Btw, this was the guitar that Page used from 1960 until 1970 when it was stolen so he never got the same sound out of a standard that he did from his black beauty. This is going to kick some major ass though and it will be well worth the money and most likely double in value in a few years.
