Hey Guys.. and girls *ducks*

I have a Tele style guitar and was thinking of putting a tremolo "whammy" bar on it,

Is there any specific kind I should be looking at for a Tele..?

Cheers..

That's probably not something I would suggest doing. If anything, put a Bigsby on it. But if you did, you'd have to make sure it was a Fender style Bigsby.

Mmm... Look for bigsby tremolos.

I think those are the ones you use for hardtails. >.>

Another one you might want to look at is the Stetsbar.

They do..?

Bigsbys are only meant for light vibrato. They are best used for chords etc. You are definitely not going to be doing any Floyd Rose type stuff on it. If that is what you are planning on doing, I suggest you get a guitar designed for that.
Be cool.

I would only be using it for light stuff, I doubt I would play anything too rough with it..
