Rackmount will offer the very best. However, for a budget, the Fisn N' Chips is supposed to be verygood.

Noisy.

Poor quality.

Need i go on?

I use a Fish & Chips with my Peavey Valveking and Epiphone Valve Standard.

I'd have to disagree. Granted it's not a true bypass but it's not terribly noisy, and although I woudn't go tap dancing on it, I generally leave the EQ on anyway, so I'm not stomping on it all the time. I think for the price, it's a really well done pedal.

edit: To the TS, there seems to be a lot of love for the MXR 10-band (price not being an issue) on the forum. Haven't had a chance to try one out myself, but I would think it would be one of the more flexible EQs out there, outside of going rack-mount.

For the best tingle, use Original Source mint. That shit feels amazing on your balls.
