But it implies that there is allready an underlying corruption in the system- something that needs to be fixed. The assurance that this problem can be fixed isn't even realised in the song, perhaps Bob is just like our politicians- promising the solution to a problem that cannot actually be fixed. If anything, I find this song pessimistic and stressful.
