I've been wondering about this. Would it sound good or bad?

Depends on the amp, how much OD, the fuzz, and its gain level.
It tends to sound rather nice as long as neither of them are too high-gain.

Thanks. I tend to use very slight OD for cleans.

yaa itll sound sweet, but itll be really gainy, a lot of guitarists use big muffs for solos and stuff,

i use a bluesdriver on my vox ac30 top boost channel to tighten up and saturate my tone a bit, it all depends on what you want to do with it, but itll definitly work, and its been done before,

well what kind of fuzz are you looking for?

Germanium fuzzes will sound nasty in a good way. Nice and thick i love it

A big muff will not sound too different through a clean or slightly OD'ed amp (i play mine through my blues junior set at a light blues OD) but it sounds great

I boost my maxxed out peavey classic lead channel (which really isn't that gainy, it's kind of a crunchy, yet saturated tone), then I pump my modded ts7 into it with maxxed out level, tone dialed down all the way, and drive set to about 10 or 11 o clock. Smoooooooooth sustain. Yet it's not distortion in any way, I can hear every note perfectly. Think eric johnson, minus a fair amount of awesome . If i were using a vintage fender or marshall (or even a dumble), it would be pretty close to EJ's level of awesome.
