My right wrist is sore. Now I"ve confirmed it is not carpel tunnel. But it has been sore for 3 days now. Sunday it was sore all day. Monday it was good until about 9 and it all sore for today. hot/cold relevied it.

I also know how I caused the injury. But 3 days seems like a little much, or is that not much time at all.

For you information my wrists experiences absolutely no pain playing guitar. I know I shouldn't for healing purposes but.

Stop fapping=no more sore wrists.

Could be a minor fracture then.

I suggest building your own x-ray machine or going to the doctor. Whichever works for you.

If you have soreness that won't go away or is getting worse you may have a sprain or some tendon damage. I wrecked up the tendons in my right wrist a while ago doing SCA fighting with ill-fitting equipment and made the mistake of ignoring it for a few weeks. I ended up taking a lot longer to heal as a result. You should see your doctor ASAP, who will probably recommend things like using the wrist as little as possible, modifying the activity that caused the injury if possible, use of hot and/or cold packs, and some physiotherapy.

If you want to do a little self diagnosis this site is a good resource:

but definitely see your doctor.
