Okay, I'm running a Marshall TSL60 through an Epiphone Triggerman cab but the cab is a bitch to cart around because it's just so LARGE. I've been toying with the idea of getting the marshall 1936 2x12 cab instead. I basically want to get opinions from some people who either use this setup or know how it would advantage/disadvantage me compared to getting the 1960a quad.

I'm playing to a max of about 400 people at the moment (through a sound system though obviously).

I don't know if you can get Avatar cabs in Oz, but all the Americans on UG always recommend them as being better than the real things most of the time, and way cheaper.

Check them out if you can.

They look pretty awesome, but I don't think I can get them over here
