Hey i wasn't sure where to put this but is there anyway you can set your amp up to be a sub woofer/speaker system?

My speakers for my computer are crap and i want to hear better sound from it for my recordings. So i have an extra amp around. Could i use it as a speaker?

yeah you could. you would need one of the adapters like what you would use to plug in headphones and a 3.5mm cable, but it could be done if you just plug it into your input instead of headphone jack. not sure how it would sound or how well it would work since the sound would be processed again by your amp. Not sure about as a woofer either, since most guitar amps aren't wired to blast bass. (bass amp might work though) let us know how it sounds if you do try it.

Amps are not meant to be subject to the extreme low frequencies typically handled by a sub and thus are at risk of being damaged if used in such a manner.
PM Me for any help you need with recording systems/tips
