I got a highway one strat and the finish is a nitro lacquer finish and I was just wondering what products I should be using to maintain the finish?

I am currently using the fender cloth that came with it and dunlop formula #65 polish and cleaner.

So any suggestions on cleaners, polishes, clothes, scratch remover etc. would really help.

thanks

let it age. the nitro looks sweet when it ages naturally over a couple years.

anyone? I know the aging is supposed to be awsome but I'd like to keep it clean for a bit

I've been trying Dunlop 65 Guitar Polish & Cleaner on a guitar I made that I sprayed nitro for the finish. So far it appears to work very well and hasn't damaged the finish(I've only been using it for a few months now). The thing I like best about it is it polishes off just as easy as it goes on...it sprays on by the way, so I'm trying to say it's real easy to use!
