I recently sold my guitar, the person I sold it to emailed me asking if I have any manuals, documentation or receipts that I could give him.

All I have is the receipt I got when I payed with my Visa, the store I bought it from actually keeps track of customer's names and phone numbers.

Is it safe to hand over the receipt to this guy? The guitar is still under warranty so I think he can get a free setup.

Would you do this or not?

It has the last four digits of my VISA as well as other typical stuff like the salesman's name, date, amount quantity etc.

As long as it's only the last four digits I don't think there's anything he could do.

Then, I don't think it's safe.
