Basically im looking to get a new amp. The current one (MG) is ok. I actually quite like it, but i dont need 100watt and can be a pain to travel with.

I want something like 60 watt to 80 watts.

Looking to spend upto £200 max. Ill get it off ebay hopefully.

I play metal like COB , Iron Maiden but aslong as the distortion is decent itll be workable.

Any reccomendations?

Im currently watching a MARSHALL valvestate 8080.

I was looking at the cube 60. Tubeless would probably be best.

for 200.00 youd have to go solid state, check out some behringer amps.
Out here you've gotta know where your towel is!

Try looking for an Ashton VP50 on eBay if you want valves - I've heard they can get fairly heavy and they're decent for the money. Alternatively, just go for the Cube, though really you'd be better off saving up and getting a good amp that you won't have to upgrade again in future.
