Hi,

I'd like to remove one of the pots on my guitar, and put a toggle switch in its place. Before I order online, can anyone tell me if the standard sized toggle switches (let's say ProLine 3-way toggle switch) will fit exactly in the whole of a standard sized pot?

Thanks a lot!

Is the toggle switch for active electronics? Anyway, it'll probably fit and if it doesn't, you can always enlerge the hole or fill it partially.

Didn't Kerry King use MGs at some point?

I think he just endorses them because he likes sacks of money

a pot shaft diameter is 3/8" on my CTS 500K pot. so you should look around there, and if it doesn't say the diameter on the site, ask the seller.
Call me "Shot".

Probably NOT.
The bushing for a pot is 3/8" diameter.
The bushing for a full size toggle switch is 15/32".
I don't know the diameter of the ProLine switch.
