The pegs in the bridge (2 of them) have broken, only the top rounded part is. The excess string is sticking out, but I can't pull them out. Any suggestions how to pull them out without destroying the bridge overall?

Look for a screw extractor set. Basically, you'll drill a hole in the broken pegs and use a special bit to pull them out. You could just put a screw in and pull it out with a pair of pliers if you're cheep though. Replacement bridge pins are pretty cheep too.

I actually fixed the problem already. I just removed all the strings, since they're pretty old, and popped them out from the bottomside with a leatherman.

Thanks though!

That's the easy way of doing things.
