What's up guys? A couple friends and I would like to play some 360 over a system link with two consoles (3 people on 2 systems). What games out there support this type of configuration that would be fun to play multiplayer? Thanks!

All very good suggestions and I already own all three. The thing about COD4 and Halo 3 is that they are also 4-player local. Now, Gears of War is not, and if I recall, you can have a system link with two people per console, so that may be a definite choice. Thank you.

This is on the wrong thread. There is an only gaming thread which is specifically for games.

Why do people keep making threads that are doomed to fail?

He wasn't trying to make an "Epic" or "Win" thread. He just wanted some suggestions .

I actually didn't know there was a devoted thread for games. If I had known, I would have most likely posted this question there. Sorry if I offended anyone...

COD4 is undoubtedly an awesome game and whether we system link it or not, we'll most likely be playing it tonight, haha. I've heard good things about FIFA, but we aren't very sports oriented. Thanks for the suggestions, everyone.

GH3 is another great one. I have it, as well as GH2 and Rock Band, so I'll probably bring those over too. Wow, by the sounds of it...we may not system link much of anything, haha.

In terms of the 4-player experience, there's nothing like it. You actually tend to feel like you're in a band. On that same token, you feel the sting of frustration if one of your friends can't keep up with their instrument or wants to play a certain song you hate, etc. If you're playing by yourself, it's not as enjoyable; Guitar Hero is much better for less people. But, with more than two (or even with two), Rock Band is a blast.
