Ok...there have been a million threads on this, but none have been clear enough.

What are the differences between these two guitars? Opinions are welcome too.

The Studio has a volume, tone, 3-way switch, no pickguard, and faded-style finishes. The normal one has 2 volume and 2 tone knobs, a 3-way switch, pickguard, and comes in the really nice normal Dot finishes, like Cherry, Black, and 3-tone sunburst. The normal is made from Maple, and the studio is not i dont think. The normal one has Dot inlays on the fretboard and side, while the Studio has only side dots. The pickups on the Normal one are better i think as well. And theres maybe a $100 or so price difference.

Yeah, I'd say the Dot is more aesthetically pleasing (and for me, more functionally pleasing too as it has a tone and volume knob for each PU) than the Studio. Just go for the Dot, its not that much more expensive
