im so frustrated, i cant find a good tone on my keyboard to use in a children of bodom style band. i tried making my own tone, but it just never comes out to the perfect tone. does anyone else have this problem? what should i do?

You might need a new/different keyboard. Other than that, just keep tweeking it.

I don't have any experience with keyboards, but try closing your eyes and messing with each setting individually. eg. close your eyes and mess with the trebble until it sounds the best to you, then move onto the next setting and do the same
