So ive been wanting a drum set forever and i found this

Tama swingstar

22 inch bass drum with brand new evans head
12x12 tom with brand new remo head
13x13 tom with brand new remo head
16x17 floor tom with brand new remo head
14x4.5 snare of unkown brand but the dude says is very playable
original harware
tama bass pedal
Tama snare stand
2 brand new remo heads in the box
hi hat stand
and Sabian hi hats
They are all used but everything is playable it just needs some cleaning

everything for US$290!!!!!!

I think this is a steal what do you drummers think?

i havent been playing long. but remo and evans are probably some of the best heads you can get. Sabians are good too depending on which ones. do you have pics? sounds like a deal too good to be true

wheres the rest of the cymbals?

I just see hihats

but apart from that its a good deal.

EDIT: go and look at the kit.

Hmmz... yeah I'd try and play it.
Military use of children?

Infantry.

yeah, the heads are definetly kick ass and they are new so i dont have to change them.

The set is from the 80s and has been played and therefore has soem scratches but theres no damage that affects the sound.

sounds legit, go for it.

Well, I would make sure that there isn't any warping, just in case.

14" x 6.5" wood snare

The cymbals look cheap but i have read very good things on this set.
Are any of you guys familiar with it?
opinions?

Well, I would go for the Ludwig, just as it is a Ludwig. But, get some better cymbals.

I would recommend the Paiste 101 series, $200 or something for a set, and they are ace!

Yeah, I'd take it. I have remo heads and I think they give the best sound.
