Personally. i think the best one is from Travelin Riverside Blues-'Squeeze my lemon till the juice runs down my leg'

Cause if my baby don't love me no more
I know here sister will!

- Jimi Hendrix - Red House

Damn right I got the blues
From my head down to my shoes

- Buddy Guy - Damn Right I Got The Blues
Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day
You fritter and waste the hours in an offhand way
Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town
Waiting for someone or something to show you the way
#3
If today was Christmas eve,
and tomorrow was Christmas day
All I would need my little sweet rider just,
to pass the time away

Robert Johnson - Hell Hound On My Trail

Gotta add:
'I eat more chicken than any man seen' and 'Wanted for murder, first degree, Judges wife cryin let the man go free." from Backdoor Man- Howlin Wolf

And 'I'm goin down to Louisiana to get me a Mojo hand.x2 I'm gonna have all you pretty women under my command.'

If I had possession over judgement day,
Lord, the little woman I'm lovin' wouldn't have no right to pray

Hmm this is quite tricky..

At the moment, my favourite blues song is by an Australian band called The Bondi Cigars.. Bad Weather Blues.
"Black clouds are forming, soon the rain gonna come fallin' down.. You brought some bas weather with you baby, since you came back to this town"

Others that rank..

Collard Greens & Gravy - You've got my mind messed up..
"Ah baby now I don't know how you do it.. At first I thought I didn't care..
Now All I wanna do is drown myself in that perfume that you wear..
You got my mind messed up!"

Of course standards like Hoochie Coochie Man and Rollin and Tumblin rate aswell but I like to share more obscure things.

Grinnin In Your Face - Son House

You know your mother would talk about you,
Your brothers and sister,
But no matter how you try to live,
They gonna talk about you still.

Aint It Funny - The Soledad Brothers

Aint it funny how,
They tell you not to lie.
Aint it funny how,
The politician is on your side.

Cage that Tiger - The Soledad Brothers
I want a purr all I get is a growl,
when the lamb is loose she's on the prowl.
sharpen her claws up and down your back,
cat's eyes is green cat's heart is black.

I'm not a pureist so excuse some of my choices

"They call it stormy mondays, but tuesdays just as bad"

-by everyone, it seems.. My favourite version is definately Little Milton's, tho.

"I'm gonna inject your soul with some sweeeeet rock and roll..
Well I'm a cement mixer baby, a churning urn of burnin funk!.."

-by everyone, again.. My favourite definately James Taylor doing it live.

"
Well I know my baby, If I see her in the dark
I said I know my rider, If I see her in the dark "

-originally by Robert Johnson, i think? But I love the Zeppelin cover!

"I got a kind hearted woman, do almost anything in the world for me..
I love my baby,
my baby don' love me"

- George Thorogood's

"I'm a crawwwwling king snake, and I rule my den"

-originally John Lee Hooker, but I love The Door's version

and finally, not strictly blues but:

"My wild love went ridin
She rode all the day
She wrote to the devil
And asked him to pay
The devil was wiser
It's time to repent
He asked her to give back
The money she spent"

- My Wild Love by The Doors.
Let me tell you about heartache and the loss of god
Wandering, wandering in hopeless night
Out here in the perimeter there are no stars

Out here we is stoned
Immaculate.

"Time will heal your troubles
when you've got the blues
Heal a burning heartache
put you right back in the groove
But time will take its tole on you
if you don't play it smart
You know Time makes two
it takes two to heal a broken heart"
-Time Makes Two- Robert Cray

not the greatest, granted, but it's a worthy addition and a great song

"Born under a bad sign
I been down since I begin to crawl

These two obviously have already been mentioned, but that's two awesome lines in one song and quite possibly my favorites as well. I've only heard two versions of "Keys To The Highway" which is EC alone and the duet with EC and BB. The only copy I have on CD is the one on Ridin' With The King, but it's chock full of good one liners too.

"I'm gonna leave here runnin' walkin's much too slow"
#24
Blues you know I was walkin', I was walkin' down through the woods
Yes, I've watched my house burnin' blues
Blues, you know you done me, you done me all the harm that you could

Buddy Guy - First time I met the Blues
You don't have a soul if you cant feel the blues.

You men eat your dinner,
Eat your pork and beans
I eat more chicken
Any man ever seen — yeah, yeah.

Backdoor Man...I think Willie Dixon did the original, but the Doors covered it.
Mother Earth is pregnant for the third time
For y'all have knocked her up.
I have tasted the maggots in the mind of the universe
I was not offended
For I knew I had to rise above it all
Or drown in my own shit.
