Well I had my guitar plugged in and the amp was on and the distortion up and i was using a power drill on a loose screw and when i turned the drill on weird noises came out of my amp, and when I turned it off the sound went away.

so how does the pickups get the noise from the drill?

Dude... why the hell was your guitar and amp all set up while you were using a power drill?!

Just to clear things up for everyone...

The sound coming from the drill moves through the body of the guitar and hits the pickups, the pickups then amplify it through your amp.

Tape three picks onto your drill and play with it.

Btw, nice name.

You'd better be azn. =_=
