Hey, I'm a beginner under a budget of max $500

I'm looking for a new amp. Maybe a 65w. What's one you recommend?

I am also looking for pedals. What are some good punk pedals?

Lol what if someone built that amp around a squier so it made the thing have the tone of the gods... But only fender had it and it was used just to demo them. 1 million sold 1 million unsatisfied...

Practice with a band...

1 - You don't need 65w, 30w tube will do you absolutely fine.

2 - Still need a genre/playing style from you.

If you can save a bit more and are into metal I'd look into the 5150 combo.

If you want a ton of versatility, don't really want to get into pedals, and a good tone for the price look for used Line 6 Flextone II's. The III's are pretty good but IMO, the Flextone II's have better distortion.
